Terrible Product, No MP3 Recording

I just wrote a long review TWICE but then it wouldn't post because I had Ad Block Plus enabled the first time, and then after disabling and reloading (and writing it again), it still didn't work. So the website lost my whole review twice. I switched over from Chrome to Safari so hopefully it will work now.
I'll keep it short this time:
- Falsely implies that it records MP3, it does not.
- The high quality WAV setting is the only decent one as others lower bitrate.
- Terrible microphone
- No built in mic
- Overall shoddy design
- Two AAA batteries drain when you leave them in so you have to take them out each time
- No power button even though it advertises there's a power button (hence why you have to take the batteries out each time—I made the mistake the first time of putting in fresh batteries of leaving them in after I was done recording; 6 hours later, they were dead)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this recorder and the letters on screen are so small you can't read it. The instructions were bad that I tried to find a video on how to use the product. The picture shown on the on-line store shows larger letters and buttons in front of the product not the side of product.

by far the most difficult voice recorder I have ever used. Instructions are very vague and I cannot get it to record. Good price - if it worked!
