No batteries included - disappointing

I just bought the new voice recorder and opened the box, and just found batteries were not included. It is frustrating that I have to drive to a store to shop for the batteries. Unnecessary 2nd trip just waisted my time. I thought I bought the recorder to use it right away, and didn't expect to make more trips to shop around for batteries. This is not a customer friendly product. I am returning this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this today and it's a bit difficult to use all the functions. All I was looking for was a digital voice recorder. At my age the screen is tiny and hard to read. Seems to work ok though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I just brought it followed all the directions and it won't work. Do not buy this product, the other comments are true. This is the worst voice recorder ever.
