The only complaint I have is it changes black phones to grey. Other than that it's a great case and a lot smaller then even the commuter for those of us that carry our phones in our pockets.

We’re sorry that this Symmetry case acquired a scratch or two early on in your ownership and that the colors we’re not exactly what you had in mind. Unfortunately, even though we do our best to put up an accurate representation of the color of the case, sometimes things can get lost in translation, so to speak, due to different monitors, etc.

I pirchased a Symmetry last year for my phone and also purchased one for my niece's phone. My niece loves hers. I have already replaced mine once and it needs to be replaced again. The protective edge comes loose from the hard back of the case. There is no protection for the front of the phone. My alpha glass broke and was replaced. Within a week it was broken again. This phone is not typical OtterBox quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The case is wonderful but I'm disappointed in the color, it is not "crystal clear" as advertised and the edges of the case are yellow. I will repurchase a different otter box case, but not this one.
