If the glow-in-the-dark feature is having trouble, we would recommend exposing the case to as much direct light as possible before flipping the switch. Lovely case, my only downside is once it’s in it’s in never to come out again which for me a bit of a nightmare as I use my iPhone in my docking station to listen to my music. But other than that I love the case.

Fits the phone great & it’s super cute. However when my kids were trying to spell “Mickey Mouse” using the letters on the back they realized that there is no ‘O’ for Mouse. Design oversight I’m sure. I haven’t dropped my phone, so I can’t comment on that aspect.
