After my shipment was lost in the mail, Otterbox didn’t even hesitate and immediately sent me a new case. It arrived super quick. Great customer service. The case is also pretty and durable, very hard combo to come by. I had a previous otterbox case and as a clumsy person, I’ve dropped my phone quite a few times. No damage whatsoever. I love the look and feel. Only reason it is not five star is that it is just slightly warped that when I set it down on backside. It sits on that high center point and makes it spin around a bit, so it has that one high spot where is is losing its matte finish. Still love the case. Would love to see some more unique artsy design like this case. Not so much of the commercial designs like Disney.
