We're bummed to see that this Symmetry just couldn't resist getting a good back scratch! Our cases are not necessarily designed to be indestructible so much as they are intended to absorb the brunt of any impacts that would otherwise compromise your iPhone. So as long as the device is looking okay, that’s still a win in our books!
Any surface-level complications shouldn't affect the protective abilities of the case, but we also completely understand why you might want the exterior looking stylish for as long as possible.
