Disappointed

I have had otterbox cases for all of my phones, but I am so disappointed with this one. I expected the case to be more durable and matte/easy to grip but instead the black portion with polka dots is slick and glossy. I have had it on my phone for less than 24 hours and it is scratched to pieces. It shows every single flaw and fingerprint. For the price this is just very underwhelming. I wish it was more durable and not so easily scratched, I hate to think about what this case will look like in 6 months :/
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Disappointed

I’ve been an otterbox user for over 8 years along with 4 other family members. Never had a problem until this case. After a few days the back has scratches all over. Makes it look old and cheap.

i always need to put it screen facing down because it already start to have scracth on the middle

Although beautiful design & color, scratches easy.

Pre-ordered and waited in anticipation for the Newport Symmetry case for my iPhone 7 Plus. Although this has a beautiful design and color, it has a slippery feel on the back and scratches very easy. Just setting it down on smooth surfaces and in a pocket within my purse, it already shows scratches. I also have the Rosso Corsa (color) Symmetry case for the same phone and it has a more durable feel and does not show any scratches. If I knew the Newport Symmetry would scratch easily and have a slippery feel, I would not have purchased this.

Not worth it! -_-

I got this case 3 days ago, have been lightly using it (it has stayed in my pocket), and it already looks more worn than my other 16 month old otter box. Although the glossy finish looks nice, it EASILY acquires tiny scratches that are visible. It's also a magnet for fingerprints and smudges! I definitely would not buy this again!

Scratches easily

I have only had this case for a couple weeks and it already has several scratches. It have used Symmetry cases for awhile and never had one that I was unhappy with until now. I wish I would have bought a plain one

I bought this case without paying attention to the reviews and after only using it for a week - the back is entirely scratched up. I saw scratches start appearing within a day. I am definitely not rough with my phone and very careful where I place it, etc. Very disappointed in this case and the material!

Good protection but.....

I really like the protection this case provides but it scratches way too easy. I'd much prefer a matte finish that doesn't show scratches. I attempted to order a different pattern hoping to get this but no such luck. Alas I will continue my search for the perfect case.
