Awesome device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a playstion4 that crashed and i installed this Kingston A400 480gb drive and now the play station is running perfectly fine. That was such an easy fix and this device is just amazing. It runs just as fast as if this play staion was brought brand new. Very easy to install and would save you so much money.

Kingston A400 120GB

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I primarily used this drive as a boot drive, and it really fits that bill perfectly. It's definitely not the fastest drive out there, but has very respectable read/write speeds for this price point (very hard to beat). If you want this to be your main drive you'll probably want to opt for a larger storage capacity, but so far I've been able to throw Windows OS and a couple games on this drive and they all run very smoothly. Definitely a good buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the Kingston A400 - 480GB and sorry to report, was not impressed. Very difficult to install and once it was installed kept saying error on my computer. Went through the steps several times to see if I did something wrong however was still coming up with the same thing. Directions were also very hard to read and understand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So easy too install. Took 20 minutes to put in my computer. Love how slick it is not bulky to put it in. My family member and friends love it too. They plan on getting some.

Great hard drive

File data transfer speed is wonderful and definitely an upgrade from a traditional hard drive. The performance boost this provides has been a game changer, espy with how much I use my computer at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product a couple weeks ago and I have been happy with it so far. This hard drive was a nice addition for my home laptop and it was easy to install into the extra slot in the laptop. Once I turned the laptop back on it was very easy to install the needed updates for this hard drive. The additional storage is excellent for for all of my family videos and photos. It helped keep my computer running faster by not taking up internal space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife’s favorite Windows-based laptop had its hard drive crash and I knew I had to get it fixed ASAP or I’d never hear the end of it. I’ve been building and rebuilding computers and laptops for years so this was a no-brainer for me. If you know what you’re doing then all installation should go as easy as it was for me. Thankfully, her usage of said laptop is not as heavy so this Kingston 120 GB SSD Drive was a perfect choice and a noticeable better performance despite that it doesn’t affect the good dollar value of this product. I installed this with only minor hiccups along with installation of the back-up of previous higher end branded SSD drive files, it took me about 2 days to have it back to her and now she’s happy and content. She’s noticed a foster boot-up and load time, and better all performance of her system. So overall, if you want to a good and stable replacement for a value price then consider trying this one if your usage needs aren’t as heavy as let’s say a heavy gamer’s usage like I am.
