[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Kingston’s products especially the hard drives and SSDs drives, they last a long time and they are very reliable. I started using this since I began building my own computers. This SSD got a very sleek design, it’s super light and can be super fast loading data. I used this particular one for my security cameras and Its been so useful. I highly recommend getting these.

Just what I needed

Did some research on what I could do without getting a new computer and found I could use a SSD to improve performance. Followed an online guide on how to clone my hard drive to it. It was decently easy for me and I'm by no means a computer guru. I'm running about 3x faster. Glad I did it.

It had been struggling slowly for quite some time, but I loved the computer and liked having it as a secondary computer at home. I had a buddy install this in my computer, and it totally woke it up! It now runs as well or better than when brand new. This was a cheap yet quality SSD solution for me.

Fast, Quiet, Easy to install, and Easy to format

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Whether using it as an internal or external drive you will not be disappointed. This puppy is ready to play either way. I plugged it in as a second hard drive to my laptop and was cruising in literally 5 seconds after plug in. It ran supremely quiet and that was music to my ears. I was able to copy large files over with no lag or delay and was also able to access them just as fast. It was extremely lightweight and added no noticeable weight to an already hefty laptop. It is an amazing drive all around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I have enjoyed using this solid state drive. My computer actually needed an upgrade in storage space, and I am very glad I got this one to use. The first thing I noticed about this SSD, is how well built it is. It is not flimsy at all, and doesn't feel like it's going to snap. It seems really durable. Installing it is really simple too, as long as you know what you are doing! There are instructions too, so if you need help, it is there to guide you.
What I love about this SSD, is how fast it is. It responds fast, and it loads things fast too. When transferring files, it takes no time at all. It just doesn't have any issues with loading and transferring anything. That is a must because I save/load/transfer files and have had no issues with it at all.
I highly recommend this SSD to anyone looking for a high quality, FAST and reliable SSD. Give it a shot, you will not regret trying it.

Great budget friendly SSD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Kingston A400 is a great budget friendly solid state drive in a super slim form factor. This thing is extremely light I was afraid I would break it! It is perfect for updating an outdated and sluggish laptop to give it a second wind. Not sure about its performance in a gaming laptop, but I would highly recommend it for a browsing/productivity situation.

Would recommend this product if looking to upgrade your computer. So far so good and no issues with this item. Looking at purchasing more and a bigger storage capacity one for other computers we have.
