Great memory

I would recommend the solid state drive to anybody looking for a great and easy way to add more memory to your computer or to your laptop. It has been great for all the pictures we download on the computer

Good performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a huge computer person and wasn't sure if this is what I needed to fix my desktops performance. When it came I honestly had no idea what to do with this. My friend came by and set it up rather quickly for me. I instantly noticed a huge difference my computer started up faster and my sons games seemed to load faster than usual. This is an excellent product and the price is amazing for it. This will definitely help an old pc run like. We again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Kingston A400 is easy to use! When your hard drive slows down I highly recommend getting this replacement. It's easy to hook it up to your laptop and configure and quickly transferred all my files. There are many different size options available depending on the size of your computer. This would make a great gift for college students constantly worrying about losing their data.

It fits perfectly and stores a lot. I’m planning to purchase a few more for different projects. I like the slim design and the convenience to use it. It made my device like new.

It's super effective and stable. It's also pretty fast for the price and it's really small so it's easy to store. Such a small price to pay to help stretch the life of your computer and run programs faster. Definitely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really thin in size, had to get my neighbor to help me since he is the tech savy guy to put into my PC. He was done in less than 5 minutes. I did notice the speed of my PC was much much faster and was not lagging as much as previous hard drive. The memory is great to store all the photos from my phone.

Good drive...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great little solid state drive, which is ideal if you are upgrading an old system. I still use a traditional hard drive for storing all my media and important data, but if you are reinstalling your operating system then this makes a tired computer very snappy indeed. Gone are the days it took 5 minutes to boot up to a usable desktop, in less than 30 seconds it's ready to go. The drive is a 2.5" form factor which is good for laptops or desktops alike. Rather than spend money on drivebay converters for the latter I just used a few cable ties through the mounting holes and attached to the side of the drive bay brackets. It weighs barely anything and has no moving parts anyway. The read/write speeds are impressive for such a budget device and if used as a boot drive rather than for any work it should last many many years. The drive case looks pretty durable and you can remove it if you so wish. The pcb and chips inside actually occupy only half the space.

Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to install my windows on to speed up the boot up process on my pc. I also use it to put games on to boost performance. This has done both and I am satisfied with the performance boost it has given my compter. Load times have been reduced and I am able to more from file to file quicker than with a regular hd.
