I bought this oven 11/28/12. There is not much good to say. Two of the tri-fection features are not worth having. The speed cood dries the food. The broil takes forever and you will never be able to clean the oven again. I am disabled and CAN NOT CLEAN THIS OVEN. It is like hand cleaning an old fashioned oven. Go with a regular microwave and don't waste your money. Big mistake to buy. Wish they would take it back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The oven is fine. The clock turns off after 30 seconds, a Department of Energy mandate. The microwave clock is the kitchen clock! We had to purchase a clock for the kitchen, it sits on the counter and is clutter. Everyone in the house looks to the microwave for the time. We would not have purchased this oven had we been aware of this.

I am still learning the specifics of the temperatures with this new oven. The broil is very powerful so I burnt some food .

If you like options this is the one. Even with the multitude of options this oven/microwave is really easy to use. Options like fresh, partially frozen, or frozen pizza takes the guessing out of what temp or time to use. This eliminates the need for us to have multiple appliances also. We were thinking about getting an air fryer, but with the convection option there is no need for use to have both. One of the most important this for me when it comes to microwaves is some of them are to loud, whether it's the buttons or end cycle. You want get the loud annoying sounds with this microwave/convection oven.
