Better than expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We read a lot about gas cooktops before buying the Bosch, and we went to stores to view the cooktops. We purchased this one because the cooking grates were lower than any competitors and the unit was highly rated by reviewers. Plus it had a indicator light which showed that a burner was "on".
We couldn't be happier. It looks great and works great. A fabulous addition to our kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice and attractive appliance, but if small sauce pans are used on any of the burners, especially the small, lower right side, the pan falls-through the grates.

Love the layout of the burners!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are many gas cooktops, but Bosch is one of a few with the perfect layout of the burners! My large pots fit on the middle burner and I love being able to simmer on the smaller burners. It is a well designed cooktop that works great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Solid unit. Heats nicely. Any gas cooktop requires a little extra effort to clean, but this is as easy as any. Knobs are solid. Stainless is good quality. Big burner and simmer functions are good. Would recommend this unit.

I have truly enjoyed cooking again with this cooktop! 5 burners is a must in our family and having plenty of space to spread big pots and skillets out is a great benefit. This is easy to clean and it simply looks sleek in our remodeled kitchen. The only "negative" I have is that when I place pans on the cooktop, the burner knobs depress just a bit and start clicking. It was a little adjustment not to place anything on the knobs. A small adjustment for a wonderful tool.
