So happy!!

I've had this washer in use for about 6 months now and it is outstanding. At 1st I was a little nervous with a high tech features and settings but it ended up being extremely user friendly!
I was using an older 2000's Kenmore washer and dryer and upgraded to this GE washer and dryer and it feels like I've been propelled into the future!
Washing clothes has gotten easier & I absolutely love the audible jingles it plays when starting and stopping loads.
If I had to do it all over, i would pick this pair again, hands down.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst washing machine I've owned

This is legitimately the worst washing machine I've ever owned. I have a constant issue with it needing to rebalance when it gets to the spin cycle, regardless of the load size. And often times the clothing is still soaking wet when it does it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If more than a tea towel is placed inside the washer, the weight becomes too much for the machine and it will neither spin nor drain, period. This is barely hyperbole, it is pathetic.

Not so good

I’ve had a good experience in the past with GE but after 3 years with my brand new front loader it broke down. Technician stated it’s too expensive to replace parts and labor and I’m better off buying a new one.

DOOR LATCH HAS FAILED TWICE IN 3 MONTHS.

DOOR LATCH FAILED TWICE IN 3 MONTHS. HARD TO GET DOOR OPEN WHEN IT FAILS. CLOTHES WILL BE IN WASHER UNTIL YOU CAN GET A REPAIRMAN.
