Shake so bad

When my washer is on and I set the spin speed to high, it feels like my entire house is shaking...

Very Noisy

This washer is way too noisy during the fill and drain cycles. Also there is a constant grinding noise during operation. The noise is loud enough that we have to close the laundry room door. The previous GE washer was way quieter and we hardly noticed anything when it operated. Many others had complained about noise in their reviews but if I had known this washer was this loud, I would not have purchased it. Hard to believe that a reputable company like GE would even put such a noisy appliance like this out there in the market.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far it is great!

So far I am very pleased with the performance of the washing on all the different selections. We use everything from Bulky to delicate and are very impressed. The spin cycle is amazing as very little water is left in the clothing and yet it is gentle enough for our delicate cloths.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quiet and superior spin drying capability

Washes our clothes great, which is what you should expect. What I'm pleasantly surprised about is that the washer extracts so much more water from the clothes before going into the dryer, that now our dryer always finishes significantly sooner than its it's timer indicates. It's also quiet and never shakes or has trouble balancing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the unit, the controls, and the operation. looks good. Easy to use. Love the quick wash cycle. 2 design flaws. 1) no way to control water level independently; the "bulky" cycle doesn't provide enough water to wash a comforter or dog bed and 2) there is no way to spin without rinsing/adding water; rinse/spin only. Unfortunately, this is pretty much the highest priced washer GE carries and it lasted me 3 years and 1 month. Unacceptable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
