We are really enjoying this washer. If I had any sort of advice it would be it isn't the quietest unit during the spin cycle.

This washing machine does a good job at cleaning the clothes. The problem that I have with this washer is every time you run a load you have to disassemble the compartment where you put the fabric softener in because it does not drain. I called customer service and they said that is the way it's supposed to work. What kind of design do you have to remove the tray in order to put fabric softener in because it's full of water when you're done washing? The notification sound that the washer makes when it's done washing is very low. If you were not in the room right next to the washer you would not hear it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This washer is great!! I love that it has a large drum to fit my queen comforter in. So far, I haven't found one thing to complain about.

My laundry come out so very clean and fresh with less detergent and softener. I am extremely happy with the front loader (my first of that type).

I purchased this washer after buying two top loaders that failed to get mu clothes washed and rinsed correctly. This washer has exceeded my expectations. Clothes are washed and come out of the rinse / spin cycle almost dry. My dryer time has been cut in half, saving time and more importantly-MONEY!

Works fine, but noisy.

Machine is very noisy. Must clear anything around it or vibrations increase volume greatly. Note: yes I removed packing bolts.
Had a problem with water flowing on floor. Used recommended amount of he detergent, same as on my old machine, This caused overflow of suds/water. Reduced soap 50% and so far runs fine. Hope clothes will continue to be clean. Haven’t had any heavy soiled clothes to test the smalller dose with. Would have bought a better machine if I had the money.

Cleans well and seems to use much less water than my older model Maytag top loader. Is a little noise when spinning, but does an excellent job extracting the water. Laundry comes out pretty dry feeling.
