The front loader is much easier to access. Wish the platform drawer was part of the package. A little water remains in the softener dispenser and had one noisy off balance spin.

I have a family of six, four of which are smelly boys. This washer is amazing at getting our clothes clean. From sports stains to delecates, this machine can do it all!
