Sounds like helicopters landing on my roof

Hello Bolaguide - Thanks for your feedback. Your washer will generate a certain degree of sound. A knocking (metallic knock, double knock, or metallic clunk) noise during agitation or spin is a normal sound. This sound occurs when the washer transitions from a stop or paused state to running in spin. It happens several times a cycle after the speed changes or pauses and is caused by two components in the drive system engaging quickly.

Leaks

I’m hoping we just got a lemon, but the washer leaks every single time we use it since the day it was installed. Currently waiting on the manufacturer to fix through the warranty. Besides the leaking, it seems to work great, has many different settings, and cleans our clothes well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Enjoying my front loader - much better for my clothes. Efficient! Speed of spin cycle can shake my house a bit but there is no issue - amusing more than anything - like my house has a jet engine and we're taking off. Way too many features than I need but so happy I was able to get this at such a great price through the MassSave program.
