Looks great, but being a star energy does not wash with a lot of water which is hard to get used to as it appears that is washing without water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My family and I are very happy with this machine however there's a feature we miss that our old GE washer had, load sizes S,M,L,XL. Our last machine was a top loader maybe that's the differences.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The only down I've seen is the weight. Its heavy. Other than that it has been a good and quiet machine

The washer keeps water in around the seal so it doesn't smell great and I have to clean junk out of it. The spin cycle sounds like a jet taking off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Brand new machine is not balanced. Vibrates whole house and "walks" across laundry room floor when in spin mode. Disappointing to have to call for service before first load is complete. Did the installer even test it?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is a great washer overall. I just do not like taking clothes out of the front of the washer. The always fall on the floor.
