I ahve had this machine for 6 months in my new build. I want my LG front load back from my last home. The vibration shakes the whole house and sounds like an airplane, the wash cycle stretches the clothes, the filter has enormous holes and is difficult to drain, and for being able to "sanitize with oxi" there is no place to add powdered oxi with the detergent. The detergent leaks when added in the compartment and regardless of how often I wash it there is a lingering smell. And yes, I wipe it and always keep the door open.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The machine is EXTREMELY loud during the spin cycle regardless of the size of the load being washed. We even had a service tech come out and he said "the machine is working as designed".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A knocking (metallic knock, double knock, or metallic clunk) noise during spin is a normal sound. This sound occurs when the washer transitions from a stop or paused state to running in spin. It happens several times a cycle after the speed changes or pauses and is caused by two components in the drive system engaging quickly.

Hello TampaGuy - Your washer will generate a certain degree of sound. A knocking (metallic knock, double knock, or metallic clunk) noise during agitation or spin is a normal sound. This sound occurs when the washer transitions from a stop or paused state to running in spin. It happens several times a cycle after the speed changes or pauses and is caused by two components in the drive system engaging quickly.

Great Look and Sound

I just received this Awesome Washer and by far its the best thing yet. I love the blue lights and the lovely sound when the washer starts up and finishes loads.
