Cleans well but statusis a bit of a mystery

The dishwasher does an excellent job of cleaning the dishes but without the app it's seemingly impossible to be certain the dishwasher is running and/or when it finishes. Love how the drawers blend into the cabinetry but a couple of externally visible discrete status lights would improve usability

Great replacement but racks are restrictive

I purchased my first integrated double dishdrawer 22 years ago. I loved it, so I had to get another. The new one is different but I like it. I'm a little dissapointed that the racks have changed and I don't think it's for the better. My dinner plates do not fit on one side. I have not used the lower drawer yet but I feel it's going to be shorter yet. I read this problem from the reviews but I didn't see any available option that would be better. With that critique, I am happy with my purchase.

A Huge and Expensive Disappointment

I previously owned the same model from F&P for 15 years. This new model does not clean in the same way. Makes weird sounds and I often have to rewash many dishes and stemware

great quality

This is my second Fisher & Paykel dishwasher In 17 years. I love the 2 drawer system. I really like the layout of the interior. I love the quietness of the cycles. My only objection is the change to our new one of the size between the tines for wine glasses, cups and regular glasses. The space between the rows of tines has been diminished, making it a chore to fit in the glassware. That said, I would encourage people to buy this product. In our first 16 years we had one small service call. Great quality and attention to helpful details.

Will never buy this brand again

Worst product ever. Fails to complete a full cycle 75% of the time and just beeps incessantly until you clear the error.

Want a 2-drawer?

Think twice about actually wanting a two drawer. I've had one for almost 20 years and this was the only replacement when my old one conked out. Is it worth the extra dollars? I replaced my old one because to reuse the custom drawers fronts. I'm not sure it's worth the money. I had the world's worst installers but it took 7 visits and 9 people To remove the old one and install the new one. The "knock to pause" needs a better explanation for both users and installers Because it usually doesn't work when initially installe.
