Having two dishwasher drawers is super useful -- we typically have one clean and the other dirty, and we do a load a day. The turn-around time for a dish being dirty to it being clean is less than a typical single large dishwasher, if you do one of those every other day. Also, when open it takes less space than a standard dishwasher, which was a key buying decision in our last house. We like it so much that when we moved to a new home, we chose the same dishwasher.
There are some drawbacks I guess. The tolerances are a bit tight; I wish that it would notify me if an obstruction prevents normal operation. I am used to loading it correctly to avoid that. Also sometimes some dishes don't get adequately clean but this can happen with any dishwasher. I do use "Eco" mode a lot.
Installation is difficult. We did need ours serviced once, and another time I managed to correct a problem myself.

The dishwasher does a great job. I love that I can just run the top when I don’t have a lot of dirty dishes. I don’t have to wait for a big dishwasher to be full. It is very quiet. Nobody can even tell it is a dishwasher. It uses very little powdered detergent per load. The only complaint is you cannot fit very large plates and cutting boards. That is the price you pay for the convenience of the double drawer.

I absolutely love my dishwasher. Who knew that I could fall in love with a dishwasher. It can wash the dishes and glasses for a table of 8 including multiple glasses per person and everything comes out sparkling and clear. It is also wonderfully quiet.

I’m loving my new dishwasher. It replaced my Fisher Paykel dish drawer that was over 20 years old. It is quiet and the dishes get squeaky clean. I have always enjoyed the flexibility of having the 2 drawers that operate separately so I can load dirty dishes in the other drawer even if I haven’t emptied the clean dishes in the other drawer.
