Not worth it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product failed to cool sufficently 1 week after installation. When service tech arrived we were told it would be a month before the necessary part would be obtained. His solution till then was to buy a backup fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Whirlpool not what it used to be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this Refrigerator expecting the same quality as Ive had in years past. the vibration noise from the condensor coil is bad. the interior fan is very laoud and vibrating as well. I called for service and they came and put a piece of cardboard in between the coil and the bottom of the refrigerator to stop the vibration of the coil on the bottom of the refrigerator as WhirlPool will not allow them to replace or fix the coil! the internal fan is not a part that can be fixed either. yes the refrigerator is running and works but the noice is NOT GOOD!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed in this unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator less than a month ago. Unfortunately, a week and a half ago I noticed that the ice cream in the freezer was soft and that there was frost in the back. Then I noticed the ice cubes were coming out half frozen. I also saw water running down the front below the ice maker. Now I have owned this less than a month and have had to have it repaired. It will take a second repair visit to fix it properly. I have lost alot of food due to this since both sides are controlled by the freezer side. Poor quality control. Extremely upset.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like my new side by side, but I miss the adjustable shelves. Everything else is great. Ice cubes or crushed ice, roomy shelves in the door. If I could, I would give it 4.5 stars.

Beautiful and efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic. Takes a little getting used to as it's so much nicer than my15 year old whirlpool. I do miss the adjustable shelves, but am getting used to the larger shelves in the door. Nice looking, plenty of ice, and easy clean finish.

Could be better designed

I went to put my 1 gallon container for tea in the refrigerator and realized I had to take a shelf out in order to make it fit. The same thing happened with a gallon of milk. I also would prefer to have both bottom drawers be able to adjust humidity temperature for fruits and vegetables but unfortunately only 1 drawer has a humidity control.
