Worst fridge ever

I have always regretted purchasing this fridge. I hate it. Our previous fridge died around Christmas time a year and half ago and I was hosting family. Being without a fridge was very challenging and most models were weeks to months to get back into stock. We found this one and purchased it. The freezer has barely any room because the ice maker and dispenser take up like 1/3 of it. There is not enough room for anything - as a family of 4 its easier just to go grocery shopping every 2-3 days rather than trying to fit a cartload of groceries in the fridge. Now this week this is not working. The condenser and fan are running but the fridge is warm. Very disappointing that after 1.5 years this is running so poorly and no I didn't purchase an extended warranty.... I usually trust the reviews and craftmanship, like a fridge should work for like 10 years, I should not have to spend extra money on something that whirlpool sells and markets as being a quality product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm happy with this refrigerator hopefully it will last a long time. My last refrigerator was another brand and only made it 3 years! I like the ice and water in the door and I am rapidly becoming a fan of the side by side design.

Not practical, narrow shelves, difficult to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in August. It is a challenge to look for stuffs in the back and selves are very narrow. I had to take out stuffs in the front before I can find what I need. There is no room to move food to the side, so you can get what you need from the back of the fridge. It takes a long time to take stuffs out in order to get to what you need and put back all the food that you had to get out from the fridge each time. Not a good design. Do not buy.
