[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this for a week. We like all the space and shelves . More room than my or last side by side. Only complaint so far is the ice dispenser drips some water water from the dispenser.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good decision!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our recently purchased Whirlpool fridge has proven to be a very good decision. There is ample room for all our groceries. The shelves on the door allow for many taller bottles, like milk and juice cartons, tall salad dressing bottles and large jars. The freezer is a bit less roomy than I would have preferred but I am getting used to it. We especially love the ice and water dispenser.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ice maker takes up too much space leaving very little space for food. I wish the refrigerator had adjustable shelves. It almost runs constantly and there is no way to tell what either the freezer or refrigerator's temperature is set at other than 1 to 5 bars on the console.

Whirlpool Side by Side Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered this fridge on April 26, 2024 and was delivered on May 8, 2024. Delivery personnel were excellent. I spent time to ensure the fridge was level - bought runners that I added to the rear and one side.
All was good for thee weeks - fridge worked great. Then, things with the fridge took a turn - fans still running but temperatures in the fridge side were 14 degrees C. Called Whirlpool - an excellent technician (Dong) came to our home and analyzed the problem. The circuit board that controls the defrosting was defective. This circuit board was replaced 2 days later. One month has passed. All is working good. With this experience, I opted to buy the opted to buy the Extended Warranty Package.
This new high efficiency model did replace a Whirlpool model we bought 25 years ago. Not a wonderful start but I do understand circuit boards do fail.

Decent fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overal, it’s a pretty great fridge. My only real complaints are as follows:
Immediately after purchasing I needed service to come out to fix the fan in the freezer (the fan was crazy noisy) and the compressor was rattling against the interior walls of the fridge causing a VERY loud noose. It has was fixed very quickly and is super quiet now. The ice maker jams up a little if you do crushed ice too much, which is a little annoying, but much better than having the old ice trays. Overall, is a decent little side by side.

Good fridge but hard for a blind person

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this fridge two months ago and its a reqlly nice fridge. One problem, i am blind and the control pannel on the freezer door, i keep touching buttons abd it lowers the fridge and freezer temp. As well as the light and so thats why i gave it 3 stars. Otherwise its a good fridge.
