Water and ice dispensers do not work!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received our appliance on July 11th. Here we are on August 15th--one visit with s Whirlpool certified technician later--and we still don't have a working water and ice dispenser. We are very frustrated.

The right door is about 1/2 inch lower than the left (unsightly)
The compressor turns on every time the door is opened and closed (noisy)

Limited storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very disappointed with this model. The store didn’t have a floor model for us to view and we needed a specific width. The shelves inside the fridge don’t adjust and none are set to hold a gallon of milk so we were forced to remove a shelf in order to store our milk. The door shelves are roomey but are way too small in the freezer and again nothing there can be adjusted. It seems to work properly at this point. Just thought Whirlpool would have done a better job on this model based on their other models.

Great replacement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The compressor was going bad on our other 17 year old side by side we needed a replacement. This was a good choice. Shelving is roomy and the interior lighting is impressive. Not sure yet about the ice and water door delivery because some 12 oz glasses don’t fit. But overall it’s very nice refrigerator.

Nice but has some cons

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge is on the smaller side but is pretty to look at outside and inside. If you have a smaller family, it can work if you don't stock groceries. It does make a running noise that you get used to quickly. The door swings open pretty hard and fast, which makes me nervous, especially since you use the door for heavy items since they don't fit on the inside shelves. I guess you could take out one of the shelves to fix this, because there is not an adjustment for them. Right now, I am not happy with the water dispenser, the stream is so small, it takes 5 minutes to get a cup of water, going to work on water pressure to see if I can resolve. I am not fond of the size of the area to fill your cup, they don't fit there, and the place you press for water is very awkward to use, the ice is on the inner part and is not so bad.
