[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Due to total refrigerator failure, I was forced into a rushed purchase. Because of cabinet above, I had height restriction that limited my choices to a very short list, and my need for it immediately shortened list to just this one model. Thumbs up that it fits tight spaces, and keeps my food cold/frozen. Thumbs down on layout. All milk, juice, creamer, and other taller jugs/bottles have to go in door trays. Shelves are not adjustable, and not a single one allows for taller items. My biggest pet peeve is, you can swing the door shut, and some function in the hinge will stop it from closing, and open it wide. That may be typical with all new units, but I don’t like it and annoys me to no end. I’m sure I’ll eventually will get used to it, but haven’t yet.
Failure of old unit was very stressful, and after looking all over town, and many phone calls, I’m very grateful to have been able to find this unit, it being literally the only one I could get immediately that would fit my space. It seems to work well. With some tweaks to functionality, I’d give it higher rating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The drawers are not nearly as strong as they used to be. Your engineers need to revisit their plans for the ice maker. The on/off button is almost impossible to get to. Overall, it's a good looking refrigerator it seems to have more space than my last Whirlpool that was 25 years old and just went out. Hopefully this one will last 25 years as well.
