[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge about 2 weeks ago and if I could have returned it I would . The outside doors are of poor quality and you can see smear marks all over it. Thank goodness I called whirlpool and the technician came up and saw the mess and suggested using WD 40 on a rag and he rubbed it in and it worked much better that the stainless steel polish which only made the smear marks worse. The shelves inside are fixed and you cannot adjust them so my taller bottles that I used to keep on the top shelf of the fridge now are place in the door which sucks.The ice maker in the freezer has no arm to stop the ice from being made so you have to let the ice fill till the top and then sit there when you really don't want or need this ice... In all my lifetime this fridge has the worst features and I'm stuck with it..I HATE IT
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Some issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought unit Sept. 16, 2020. Received unit on April 8, 2021. Unit fit nicely into my space. Outside of unit was attractive. Shelving on door had several places to adjust the door shelves. The inside of the unit DID NOT have places to adjust the shelves which limited what items could be placed on the shelves. Main issue was the loud intermittent noise the unit would make. It would even wake us up at night. Service came out on April 26, 2021 and thought they fixed the loud vibration problem. Problem was not fixed and service came out again on May 3, 2021. There is a cardboard at the bottom of the unit that was touching the compressor. Service put some type of plugs in place that separated the cardboard from the compressor. As of now, the problem seems to have been fixed. I hope this is of value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works Great! It makes a lot of ice. Crushes the ice to near snow cone levels. Runs quietly. Would have been nice if the shelves were adjustable. That is why I gave it four stars instead of five.
