Ice maker not working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator 3 weeks ago and I haven't figured out whether it will be possible to make the ice maker work or not. The installer did not give me a manual and all the whirlpool help videos did not help resolve this issue. I may have to apply for manufacturers warranty for replacement.
Aside from the ice maker it works perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new fridge for 10 days, and it looks very nice in my kitchen. It's smaller than my old one, but that's OK - I can manage. The new fridge has the water and ice dispenser on the front, and I am not happy with that. I have never had that on a fridge before, so I thought I would get it this time -- not a good decision! It's impossible to put ice in a glass without some of the ice landing on the floor. Also, the hopper takes up too much room in the freezer, so the freezer capacity is reduced by quite a bit. I can see that this item is going to be useless to me. Is it possible to remove the hopper and just have the water dispenser?

ice maker freezes up alot

The shelves and drawers cracked with in 6 months. the ice maker freezes up all the time or does not even make ice. I wish I still had my old refrigerator.

Decent small fridge with door water/ice dispenser.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had limited space for a new refrigerator, and we wanted one with a door ice/water dispenser. This fridge fits perfectly in our kitchen, and we are happy with it with the exception of a couple things. It is REALLY small inside. The freezer is tiny, but we have a chest freezer in our garage, so that's not too problematic. Also, you can't adjust the shelves in the fridge up or down. I have to put milk jugs, orange juice, etc. on the door shelf, which is big enough to put a gallon of milk on. I think because there is so much weight on the door, it tends to swing open really hard. Also, when getting water from the door water dispenser, if you don't hold the cup there for a few seconds after getting your water, it will drip all down the front of the door. Overall, I would recommend it if you need a decent fridge for a small space.
