i turned on my tv and notice a shadow on it, i googled it right away and ended up here reading reviews. a lot of reviews talk about dead tvs after 18 months. i checked my receipt and guess what? i bought mine 18 monts ago!!!!!!! well thanks samsung!

Low Quality! Broke Down Quickly! Poor Warranty! What can I say the product didn't last and the poor warranty left me dealing with the problem or filling a landfill.
Cons: Poor quality

cache has been cleared many times and tv is still extremely slow to load channels, remote is horrible to use, i do not recommend samsung at all anymore.

Worst. TV. Ever.

Worst. TV. Ever. I bought this new Smart TV thinking it would be great since I was using Roku with older TVs. This is my worst electronic purchase ever. TV only came with 1 GB memory and pre-loaded apps take more than 75% of that. Pre-loaded Apps can't be deleted to make more space so I can't download apps that I want. There is no way to clear the cache.

I bought this tv in September 2018, it now has a vertical neon line that extends the length of the tv and which is very annoying.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight, Built-in speakers
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Unlike previous reviewers, I had no problems setting up this TV. The TV essentially walks you through the setup process that is almost fool proof. Upon completion you will notice that icons remain on the screen but can be easily removed through the set up menus. I love that the TV has the users manual built right in with a dedicated button on the remote and all the information you need is right at your finger tips.
The reason I didn't give it a 5 for design is because the bezel is quite thin and not as refined as in past Samsung flat screen TVs, I guess you need to skimp some where to save money. The speakers sound rather tinny and I couldn't get the sound I wanted but it is livable, looking at sounds bars as we speak.
Overall I won't have any problem recommending this TV to anyone however if you're over fifty like me and don't want all hassle of programming than this TV is for you!
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: speakers
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dead after 18 months

TV was great at first, but the full right side went black after 18 months. Samsung products simply don't last like they used to. Gonna stick with LG from now on.
