Purchased this TV for an entire office building, 19 in total. 2 have become darker on the side of the screen. Less than 3 years old with less than 8 hours of daily use. Out of warranty in 90 days of purchase.
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

Great tv until the internal chip fails and cracks the screen from the inside. Samsung warranty dept will send some totally unqualfied person like the dish installation guy to conclude that it was physical damage and he will try to sell you a new screen and a dish network. Warranty dept is totally unreliable.

Before it died, it was great, after it died it was stuck on the ROKU input and couldn't change the volume. Disappointment.

My TV randomly turns on and off, the tv does not support 5ghz wifi band, does not support casting from mobile device, remote control design and layout are not convenient for use.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations

nice pic, too smart and terrible remote

remote control has no backlight, no easy keys, cant control any other devices, just a terrible user interface for a decent tv. tv has great picture, but its too smart for easy use. really frustrating for kids who in-turn have to ask me to do everything. if it aint kid friendly, its useless. dont rely on the stands either. another poor samsung design effort. its not like they dont make enough profit to put a decent stand on a 43" or 55" tv.

i purchased this tv from best buy in august of 2018. i would have never guessed this samsung product would barely last 2 years. my previous samsung tv lasted 5 years before having led issues. i was very disappointed with this model.
