Great picture but not very user friendly!

This is the 2nd Samsung TV that I have purchased. This one has an credibly stupid interface. I can’t figure out how to change inputs (HDMI 1, HDMI 2 etc). I have the TV connected to my Bell Fibe device and I can’t seem to bring up the Bell Fibe Controls to change channels, look at the guide etc. This should not be this difficult! Also, I registered online and when I tried signing in using my Samsung app on the TV, I was unable to sign in!
I tried calling tech support but they are closed on the weekend. Until they can make user friendly TV’s again, I recommend that they staff the tech support line 7x24.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations

i purchased my tv in may 2019 and it went out june 2020. none of the ports on the back of the tv work. it has a great picture when it worked. the wifi still works but i have crappy internet so i can't even watch it that way. they no longer sell parts for it so i can't even get it repaired. i am really upset and will not be purchasing samsung in the future.

i did so much research before i bought this tv. it is alot of money to spend and you expect it to last a long time. i started to get a vertical 4” black shaded line in the tv. i found a local tv repair man to look at it. he said he never saw anything like what he saw in his 30 years. ( i will post pics). the led s burned and the plastic reflector screen cracked.
i understand the television may be out of warranty but something like that should not happen in two years. unacceptable. samsung should make right.

Broken .. Just like other peoples

left side of the screen went dark after exactly an year and half after purchasing this tv. the sad part is, i used it only very minimally as it was mounted in a bar. very little use, still broken. un believable reliability. i have like 15 different samsung products ranging from tv, vaccum cleaner, washer dryer , all kitchen appliances. this is the second item to go bad under 2 years owning. first was the vaccum cleaner robot.
i hope and pray other items survive few years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i don't understand all these reviews! samsung has fixed and continues to keep their promise on keeping my and my tv happy! they have been out to look at the tv anytime i've called and needed something fixed. they do answer, you must be calling the wrong number!
they could've offered a more advanced remote, as its lacking bluetooth support!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ever since my first purchase of a Samsung phone, I began my quest with Samsung, Each product so far has impressed me more and more. Since the phone, I have a UN75NU7100 model, 75" that I've been really impressed with. (it doesn't seem to have bluetooth though and that kinda makes me sad) But the colors and pixels have been great. After 4 or so years, I still show no dead pixels. Because of this, I next got an Odyssey G9 curved 49" and it's da bomb. I saw complaints of the frame warping with heat, Mine has not done anything of the sort and has been working great. (So far with zero dead pixels) I thought why stop there?... I got two more 34" ViewFinity S65UA Ultra-WQHD 100Hz AMD FreeSync HDR10 with USB-C Curved Monitors and a watch 5. I didn't like the shortness of the battery life on that so I upgraded to a watch 5 pro. I couldn't be more happy. The battery lasts me anywhere from 2 to 3 days and the charge is super fast. I've not ever had any device that charges this fast. Out of all of the issues/questions I've had their customer service has been above and beyond awesome. They have taken care of every single concern I've ever had with any of their products. Oh, and the colors on my sets are all very vivid rich colors. I don't notice any lag when gamming on any of the monitors or the tv. I've made my mind to switch my loyalties over to Samsung. Keep up the great work Samsung.
