Great picture! "No signal" from cable box.

Love the picture, however about 2/3 of the time I turn the TV on it will not recognize the HDMI cable box signal. The box works fine on every other TV I hook up though. Apparently this is a known problem. Two salesmen said they hear this often on the Samsungs. Remote control is very dated as well. Too bad, loved everything else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great picture, but terrible sound.

I do like all the other features of the TV, but just can't stand the TV speakers. I've tried using external speakers, but I cannot control the volume with the remote control through the optical setting. Are you kidding me?!
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Bought this is September, went out 2 days ago. Screen comes on only noticeable by a slight lighting of the screen then it flashes on and off and often flashes a white blurry streak. Will not turn off. Starts flashing as soon as its plugged in.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have owned this for about a week and am very happy with the TV. I upgraded from a 42" Panasonic plasma which was 1080p. The main reason I purchased this specific brand was it is native to my SmartThings network, which has been working great for over a year.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Lightweight

Sound on this tv is bad. after 8 months, I kept getting the input screen no matter what button you press on any of the four remotes. Never will buy a samsung again spending hours troubleshooting, ridiculous

I've been a Samsung TV owner for years, so when it came time to put a new TV into my paincave, I just ordered the size Samsung I wanted. It didn't occur to me to see if it had bluetooth. This is 2019 for pete's sake. Shame on me, I guess. Back to the store, guess I'll get an LG.
