Great crisp picture and color! This is our third Samsung. Each new one larger than the last! Still have other two in other rooms performing flawlessly!
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable

Leg stands were worthless

Nice TV, but having a small table the legs were right on the edge, definitely should've had the option of installing the legs in the middle or at least closer together. that to me is a design flaw. I had to buy a wall mount just to avoid the hassle of the TV falling off the table edges.
Pros: Inexpensive, Bright display

DirecTV Now App is useless

I received my new 55" on Monday and tried to use the DirecTV Now app that is already loaded onto the tv. The app is a Beta version that does not play sound on all channels and the video quality is average. I tried to delete the app as this website suggested but the tv does not allow you to delete factory loaded apps. Resorted to purchasing a 4K streaming device to use the app. Also, I haven't figured out how to get the full 120 MHz to work, only 60 MHz.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers
Cons: Did not meet expectations

The NU7100 comes with a Motion rate 120 mhz and a refresh rate of 60 hz. Our Motion Rate is a metric that combines the panel’s native refresh rate, image processing, and backlighting technology. This produces a rating that better conveys the TV’s overall motion performance.

Wireless display not functional and internet issue

Wireless display from a brand new Surface Pro does not work and causes internet to disconnect. It's a well documented issue online with Samsung TVs and no one seems to know how to fix it. The internet also disconnects frequently and requires me to go through the setup again and again.

I am very sorry for the Internet disconnection issues.

Internet connections are mainly based on WiFi signal strength and quality. The router location and distance from the TV is an important consideration -- having them both on the same floor with minimal interference blocking the signal (like a wall, etc.) will improve streaming. You may also want to try wired LAN, if possible, since the connection will be faster and more reliable.

Lacks required hardware!

Can’t really say anything about the tv since I’m not able to put it up yet. The TV DOES NOT come with its own wall mount screws and the all the specs say is vesa 200x200 (specificities details would be great) It seems it needs the longest screws possible. The wall mount kit I purchased comes with almost everything you could ever need, tools, level, hdmi cord but the longest M8 was a 35mm. So I’m off to make a trip to the hardware to find 4 M8 45mm screws.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this tv on Dec. 22,2018. The delivery date was Jan 1-5 2019. It arrived Dec.28,2018. Set up about 20 minutes. I've been sleep deprived since its arrival. The quality is outstanding in every way. I have the setting on dynamic. The picture is so clear, it look like live tv. So glad I made this purchase. THANK YOU SAMSUNG.

I was thrilled to see tv on display, I enjoy samsung products but this one didn't capture me as past times when I purchased products. It didn't jump out at me when I set it up after only one day.

Please know that the NU7100 TV offers several preset picture modes for easily optimizing your viewing experience:
1) Dynamic: Makes the picture brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments.
2) Standard: Is the default mode suitable for general viewing environments.
3) Natural: Reduces eye strain for a comfortable viewing experience.
4) Movie: Is suitable for watching TV or movies in a dark room.
