When we try to turn this speaker off it will not. Alexa will just start talking without you talking into the speaker. To turn off you have to let the battery drain. Then plug it back after battery is drained and you will have to reconnect. Just move on and get a different brand.

Pandora update made it better

Has a few hiccups, but recent update resolved most issues. Have to say has 2 awesome features, extremely loud volume (great with the Pandora update), can be used as a range extender for wifi with its hotspot feature

This product is time consuming to set up, the only online reference is a .pdf of the manual. I could get the speaker to work but no luck with the Alexa

Enjoyed it while it lasted, 2 months. Does not charge. Even left plugged in, it eventually dies. Totally dead now.

Not only do you have to download 2 apps that have very bad reviews but I can't seem to get them to even connect to the speaker. Without the apps the product is virtually useless
