SIRIUS XM NOT SUPPORTED

BillB, Sirius XM services were added to Amazon Alexa post production of our speaker. We are working on adding this service and will update customers as soon as it is available.

Different wake up commands

Hi, I'm getting used to the speakers and still like them. Unfortunately, the one in my front room operates when I talk to the one in my den. Can the wake word be changed so only the one I want to play responds when I say it?

You are almost there

First, it is refreshing and very cool that ILive tries to respond to the various comments. That in itself says a lot.
I purchased three units this weekend as a sort of try out. I like them. A lot. But, I'm not quite ready to enthusiastically recommend them to friends because:
1. Battery life -- Far too short. I put the speakers in different rooms in my house right after I got them, and enjoyed a little music before I turned them off to go to bed. It is more than a bit disconcerting (frightening) to be jolted awake a couple of hours later by poltergeists-like, disembodied mechanical "moaning" echoing throughout the house because the batteries have gotten low. Hope you can come up with a fix that can keep them powered at least through the night.
2. Sound -- decent, but needs more bass and perhaps a variety of sound fields. I understand the Echo doesn't have it, but could you develop a fix through your app?
3. Making/receiving phone calls -- Is there an expectation that that function will become available to you?
As I said, I like the speakers, but a couple of tweaks and wow.

1. As far as battery life through the night, the only fix we have right now would be to keep them plugged in to avoid this. If you find that they aren't holding a charge at all, then we'd suggest talking with our tech support to see about an exchange (1-888-999-4215).
2. We currently do not have plans to add additional sound fields via the app. But I will gladly pass on this feedback to our development team.
3. Phone calls are most likely going to remain exclusive to Amazon themselves. Should they open it up to manufacturers we will certainly be interesting in creating a product that can support it.

It's OK

I'm a little sorry about this purchase. The sound for music isn't so great. I DO wish it had come w\the adapter that I see that is SOLD for extra, this way there is a choice, & we ALL love choices. I don't even know if I can use any adapters that I already have.

It might be just me but the app does not help much. For example I’m on the ET zone every time I asked Alexa what time is it she would go three hours ahead. They so go into settings to change but you can not.

Pandora and Tidal

Sure wished I could use Alexa commands for Tidal and Pandora.... great speaker nice sound quality however not being able to use the voice commands to play my music from both apps that re previously downloaded sure do sucks.

Rechargeable Battery Needs Improvement & use drxns

Overall this product does its job. I needed a portable unit for walking around in spaces in my home-it works. BUT Batterly life driving me crazy!! Two issues: there should be an option to keep it plugged in all the time-from my knowledge can't do this-must disconnect from power source when battery is charged so can't leave home or forget about it. Must watch over it- this is EXTREMELY ANNOYING! Secondly-does it have "battery memory" like other rechargeables? Do I recharge it after each use OR do I recharge it only when it says"battery is low"??? This usually matters for battery life-can't find answer. What I now do is walk around with it, and if wall socket near by I plug it in and listen. Sound good, it does the Alexa skills I need. Music even in bathroom sound is good. I also own two Amazon Echos...they were 3x's the price. They have a louder volume, a bit clearer tone but for the price this is a good unit, easy set up. BUT PLEASE, iLIVE Electronics, work on this battery and give better useage directions-I would pay more and then it would be a hit!!! Thanx!
