I love this wireless speakers because of the features that the Amazon speaker does not have such as: Amazon's speaker is not wireless, the privacy button is an awesome feature and it has an on and off button that Amazon doen't have.
I would recommend this to a friend!

For the first three days my Alexa worked great. Then I left it plugged in and now it no longer turns on I’m not sure why. I plugged it in and it has the red light and I hit the power button nothing happens. I’m disappointed I was only able to use it for three days.

A solid red light on the charging LED would indicate that it needs to charge. Depending on how soon after you plugged it in and pressed the power button, you may need to give it more time. If you proceed to have issues, please give us a call and we'd be happy to work with you on an exchange so you have a working, charging speaker. 1-888-999-4215.

Within your Amazon Alexa App, under Settings/ Music and Media you can connect your Amazon music and other streaming music services. Once these are setup, just ask, "Alexa, play classical music on Amazon Music." Let us know if you have more questions.

Drop in

Purchased 3 for each child. Music commands work great. Sound is great. Is there a way to “drop in” to each device from my Echo?
