Do not buy

I received this gift for Christmas 2017. And June of 2018 it just stopped working. Didn’t use everyday and if i did use it a few days in a row it was only for an hour tops. Never moved from out of my room so not like it was tossed around. Not a happy camper about this.

Can't even get it started!

Plugged in and charged and tried to connect to Wi-Fi and the only thing the speaker tells me it has lost Wi-Fi connection again and again. I have a small < 2000 square feet 1 one floor house. Speaker can't connect it to Bluetooth device either. Sad that all you geniuses developed such a terrible product!!

I received this as a Christmas present recently, and when I saw how much it was I was surprised, and expecting a good product, especially when it had Alexa. But only after about two weeks, the charging port came apart completely, and the interface that has this, with the power and button options, made of cheap plastic was easily moved around to show that A.), It was poorly made and adhered with basically nothing, and B.), The charging port was the same way. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Don't purchase this as a gift, or for yourself, you'll regret it.

Great until the usp port broke.

I charged the speaker, then took the cord out. The USB port came out with it. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!

i bought this 6 months ago and got it to connect 1 to the wifi 1 time its junk. . don't waste your time or money

It drops wifi constantly, and in the app I try to connect it to Alexa and the app tells me the connection timed out. Even though the device is connected to the internet without Alexa it is just a Bluetooth speaker. Very disappointed

Unit does not charge.

Got this as a gift and was really happy with this device. When I got home today I turned it on and it said the battery was low. It should not have been because it was plugged in. I thought maybe the outlet blew a fuse, no, then I thought the cable was bad and tested it with another device and it worked. I came to this site and saw that I wasn't the only one with this problem, no charge and the unit is out of warranty. This is an obvious problem and those other people that had this same problem the company did not respond to, so I do not what to do. This very disappointing because I really enjoyed this product. I gave the performance a poor because of the charging issue.
