[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this less than a month and had an awful time trying to pair it for operation. It asks for you to download a particular Wi-Fi app which I’m not sure why when I have Wi-Fi setup at home already. After an hour I’ve still not figured it out yet to connect and I have to other Alexa devices in my home that were very easy and did not require another Wi-Fi app download.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Do not buy this. It worked one time and then crapped put. I haven't been able to connect it to anything. I wouldn't accept this product if I received it for free, because I spent countless hours wasting my time to get it to work. It doesn't.

I was given this for a Christmas gift a couple of years ago. I have nothing but good things to say about it ...until last night the speaker kept saying "Low Battery" until it shut off itself. Changed cords, changed location, nothing worked.
SO, unless this product comes out with a battery I can replace I,m going else where.
