Bought for Christmas. When setting up on iPhone, it says 'Your device (xx) doesn't enable Wi-Fi connection.
Call customer support and they said an app update was being rolled out in the next few days. One came out yesterday to "fix a few bugs" but did not solve my problem.
Ready to return to the store.

Ilive Wifi App does not work at all

All settings on iPhone are correct and it is WiFi enabled and all other apps on iphonecare able to use Wifi but Ilive Wifi app keeps saying Wifi is not enabled on my phone or iPad. Then the app just sits there and does not offer any other options.

received this as a gift. was very excited to use the product as ive been looking for a wireless speaker with alexa capability. attempted multiple locations but app says iphone unable to enable wifi. enable wifi and search again.... this is very frustrating and seems to be an issue for some time....how can a phone as popular as the iphone not be supported with ur app? fix pls or returning product and getting another brand!

I wouldnt reccommend this product to anyone !! used this last weekend and worked fine, NOW saying not connected to wifi.. just dont get it , very frustrating and useless at this point

Not made to last. Let me explain...
I was given these Bluetooth speakers about 3-4 years ago. Not bad use you say? Well they were in the box for about two years and I only got them out late in 2016.

It slowly started losing their charge then suddenly last month would not show any power no matter which port I charged or how long I powered it.
An electronic device should last more than 2 years with periodic use (not continual) IMO.
