Usb outlet no longer works to charge speaker

Once again a gift that is out of warranty and cannot get the speaker to charge...

Worked for less than a year.

When I received this as a gift I was excited and I listened to music mostly. Then one day I turned it on and it shut right down...I tried every power cord in the house and could not get it to charge. I bought a new cord from Olive and that didn't work either...what can I do?

very upsetting not even a week

haven't even had this a week and now it doesn't even charge. have tried it with another cable didn't work what a waste of 70 bucks

From great to terrible

I have used this speaker for the past year without any problems. I have used it daily to stream music and other various functions via Alexa. Until now. I took the speaker out of my home for a day and when I went to reconnect using the ilive app it would not reconnect. I have used this app many times in the past with no connection issues, but apparently it was updated (and rendered useless), and now the speaker will not connect to any wifi. Upon reading many recent user reviews it is apparent that the app is not working for anyone since this update. Without internet connection you cannot use Amazon Alexa or any of it's features on the concierge. A great device, but completely USELESS without the functioning app available to connect it, and there is no other software available for buyers to use. I am extremely disappointed. This concierge was my favorite device among our "smart" devices in the home until now. I will not be buying any more ilive products any time soon!

Doesnt find wifi on iphone

Just got for christmas, ilive wifi app doesnt allow me to connect the speaker to my wifi. Says my wifi isnt enabled, but it is. Want to use the alexa feature but wifi wifi its just a regular speaker. Very dissappointed. App needs a update and hopefully it fixes the problem.

I received this as a gift for Christmas and it's equivalent to a bluetooth speaker. DOES NOT CONNECT TO ALEXA.....Save your money. Seriously

Use the rocon app it works just fine. In App Store do the recon app it will work!
