I was Blessed & very Graceful to receive a free Cannon G1200 for review and this Printer was OUTSTANDING. This is the BEST printer I ever had the chance to operate it is very efficient . I was amazed on how each printed page was a clear, crisp black print & sharp. Photos I printed was vivd & sharp plus it didn't have borders it was borderless. Putting ink in was located in the front of printer which was very convenient. It was very easy to do first, you remove top and squeeze bottle & close back. Ink has massive amount of ink 6,000 pages for color & 7,000 pages black & white & can last over a year or more which really save money on ink. This printer is efficient has a lot to offer easy to operate and has massive amount of ink to hold you for over a year of printing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Does not come with Wi-Fi. Does not come with a USB cable to setup. Canon has dropped the ball. Unbelievable. My wife and I don't recommend this printer.

I should mention that I received a free sample for providing an open and honest review of the product.
The Canon Pixma g1200 has been fun to use, and I've especially enjoyed the my image garden software that comes with it for photo printing. I've been very pleased with the easy of use and the speed of the printing.
The set up probably took me all of 15-20 minutes when I first took it out of the box, which i don't consider to be a lot of time.
The Canaon Pixma g1200 has a larger footprint on my desk than I expected and it isn't wi-fi enabled but otherwise I have nothing but good things to say and recommend this to anyone who does a lot of printing at home and needs a high quality product without expensive inks(the ink is refillable, less waste).

I have used half of the original ink, and it's giving me a 5B00 error. It's an error letting you know that the pads have filled with ink, and it needs to be replaced. I replaced the pads and realized there is no way to reset the counter. You have to spend more money to reset it. It's frustrating when your printer decides to not work right when you're trying to print photos for your family. I'll stick to a different brand of printers.
