YOU MUST TURN IN ON TO WORK!!!!!!!!!!

After reading numerous reviews about the battery not working, draining phone batteries, etc., I (at first) had the same frustrating experience. That said, my cell battery (iPhone X) was drained before noon on the first day using the Juice Pack. That evening, I discovered that YOU MUST TURN THE BATTERY ON for it to work.
There is a small button on the back of the battery pack that "lights up the dots" on the back however, you must hold the button down until you see the lights move left to right (right to left to turn off). Once you see the lights move left to right, you will notice that your phone will begin charging as the case is designed.
I know this is not rocket science but it could have saved Mophie a lot of negative feedback and unhappy customers if many had figured this out.

20% Juice Pack Air

I had a Mophie for my last phone, and it was amazing, it would give me more than 100% battery, to the point where I wouldn’t even have to charge every day. So imagine my disappointment when at the case’s full charge, it gives me about 20% for my phone...most I’ve gotten was maybe 50%. Only thing I like is the physical casing, it’s smooth and sturdy. But what I actually bought it for, to CHARGE, is pitiful.

Doesn’t fully charge phone that is at 20%. Box says 30 hours. But more like 2 hours of battery life if you are lucky . The cheap battery case I got before this one was WAY better. Switched because charging port gave out. Wish I still had my old battery case!!

Charges my phone for about an hour before the juice pack completely dies. Returned/exchanged for the same juice pack thinking it was just the juice pack; happened to both! Do not buy.

Hey team at ZAGG I was actually unsatisfied with my purchase so I shipped it back to you guys and am expecting a refund because yeah I don’t even have the juice pack anymore. I haven’t got any updates on my order so if you could handle that it’d be great

I love the Mopie Juice Pack Air! It provides a durable case for my iPhone and extends my battery’s life my leaps and bounds and the price was reduced to boot!! Definite win-win!!
