Doesn’t work

The case displays as if it has charge (lights in back go on when pressed) but will not charge phone.

Your unit did fit my phone, it was impossible to get your unit attached to the phone, did you send the wrong item. What is your assessment? I have used your morphie for several years on my Apple 5, that is why I didn’t hesitate to buy your product, needless to say I was disappointed.

Delivery was not OK...it was

Delivery was not OK...it was left outside and the storm later that day blew it off the porch out into the yard. We did not find it for two days. But we came upon it and it was fine. So we kept it. Kindly let the delivery people know to NOT leave things on the steps or where it can not be seen. Theresa airey

The weight and size is perfect but the juice doesn’t charge your phone to 100 percent or close to that but it does give you enough to get you through the night

Juice pack air for iPhone X

I recently purchased a juice pack air for my iPhone X and have been completely satisfied with this device. It is extremely easy to use and very compact and doesn’t add a lot of weight or size to my existing iPhone. Keeps my phone charged all day no matter how much I use it all day. I would definitely recommend this product.
