Running constantly and not cold

EXTREMELY LOUD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator and freezer are extremely loud. I often wonder if this is normal or a technician is needed to check out the noise. Please send someone to check out my refrigerator if this is not a common occurrence. The noise goes hand in hand with a strong vibration. Thank you.

Loud, squeaky refrigerator

Too small

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator came with my new build house. I find the freezer side extremely small. The pockets on the door are essentially useless due to how small they are. There is no tray on the outside where the water/ice is dispensed so be careful or you'll have water running down the front and into your floor. The outside surface shows a lot of prints & you really need to buff them out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not suitable for families

This came with our house. While I wouldn't buy a side by side ever, a fridge is a fridge.
Things I dislike about the fridge outweigh what I do like.
1. The water area constantly drips water down the front and has puddles in the shadow dish, causing water on the floor
2. The drawers are not well made, break easily
3. Side by sides just don't have the space, this is a tiny fridge for a family of 5
