[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the refrigerator about 2 months. No problems to this point. It's quiet. Love the ice maker, I hope it stays in food working order. Currently the ice and water dispenser works great with a good flow of water. Although the refrigerator is rated as good energy usage, time will tell, but it seems the motor for cooling both sides (freezer and refrigerator) runs a lot. So, I'm a little on energy usage.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This brand new refrigerator came with our new house. We moved in the beginning of August and the refrigerator stopped cooling and needed repair and replacement of 2 parts on August 13. After the parts were replaced, the refrigerator failed again on September 1 for the same reason. I cannot possibly tell you how upsetting it is to move into a new house and receive a refrigerator that never worked from the start. I requested a replacement upon the first failure and was told that the policy is to repair before replace. How is that acceptable when the refrigerator was NEVER used?! I hope someone from Whirlpool actually reads this and does something to correct this because I cannot possibly rate a “brand new” refrigerator that never worked to begin with.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s super loud. I literally woke up in the middle of the night to check where the (refrigerator) noise was coming from. I have a hard time cleaning the stainless steel, I have tried every product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought our refrigerator about a month ago, and we are very happy with it. It fits our space perfectly and we were due an upgrade. It's larger than our old frigerator, and, the ice cube maker is head and shoulders over our old one. Another great feature is how fast the water comes out, much faster that a couple others I've seen.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Working well. Freezer circulation fan is quite noisy had it replaced and replacement fan is somewhat quieter but still quite loud.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The outside of the refrigerator is very difficult to clean and make shine. Almost like a film builds . Inside shelves are subpar
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] shelves in refrigerator side are not adjustable. makes a loud humming noise intermittently. handles too close together that dont allow for longer nails. things fall down in the back of the refrigerator bc shelves dont go all the way back. theres a huge gap in the back
