Multiple problems. Ice maker and compressor have had to be replaced. All the repairmen strongly recommend against LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think this model of refrigerator is designed to be easy for housewives to use, and the interior is sturdy. In particular, since the freezer is a French door, it doesn't lose much of the cold, so it seems to maintain freshness well. The cooler broke while I was using it for 7 years, but the person I spoke to was kind and the technician (Edwin) who came to fix it was able to fix it quickly and accurately, and it works well. They also checked to see if the refrigerator was broken, so I think the difficulties caused by the refrigerator malfunction made me think about using LG products again. thank you

Overall, The refrigerator/freezer have worked well. Outside coating has started to come off & a wire to/from the water/ice door has come loose, causing problems with the electronics board.
