LOVE the 4 flex doors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this combo 18 months ago. The compressor has already gone out. Thankfully, LG did warranty parts and labor. However, they offered no refund for the food we lost. A full fridge and a full freezer thrown in the trash...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our extra large LG refrigerator works great so far, very quiet and cold, but the advertised PrintProof finish is far from true. I have to clean the surface every day to get the unsightly prints off. The shelf inside the left door broke as soon as we received it and I have not purchased a new one yet. We have had it for a couple of years and I hope it continues to work despite the problems people have had with the linear inverter compressor. Both the refrigerator and freezer capacity is awesome! Where can I purchase the shelf to replace the one over the filter in the top left door?

Compressor problem solved to our satisfaction

After exactly 4 years, compressor fails. LG replaced the compressor. LG send a very compitent technician, his name is GREG - San Diego, CA area.
We also have noticed thad LG posted 10-year warranty on all of their fridges. This is a good news. LG promised to reimburse us for spoiled food - It is comming!
So far so good - Great fridge - we love it!

1) For us the best feature is the priceless taste of the water!! Gone are the water bottles and we have never had water that tasted so good. This has greatly increased our intake of water. The tea and coffee taste so much better with this water.
2) This is the best looking black stainless steel refrigerator we have seen.
3) The temperature in all the compartments are maintained with incredible accuracy.
4) The vegetables and fruits have remained absolutely fresh for more than a month
5) The separate freezer doors have been a big asset in organizing all the freezer items
6) This has all the essential features such as door in door at an affordable price.
7) The JD Power rating of this refrigerator is the highest

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The compressor died in this Fridge after 2 year, because of the counterfeit part they replaced the compressor and most of the other parts in the fridge, making it "good as new". A year later it completely dies again. This fridge is a lemon and they won't replace it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a professional chef I pushed for this purchase & couldn’t be happier. Extremely spacious, but the freezer is fantastic with so many drawers. Not 1 big slide out where you dig & shuffle. Consider that if you have knee, hip, or back problems. Cons are the Compressor issue which LG addressed before we actually had an issue. Everything fixed & replaced no charge. I do wish there were a few more options for the shelf arrangement because condiment containers are so tall these days.
