Love this fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The black stainless (actually a very dark gray) finish is beautiful and easy to clean with a dry cloth. The spacious interior holds everything, and the roll-out freezer drawers makes easy access to the contents. The no-handle design makes a sleek appearance. Quiet, efficient, and beautiful. Love it.

Spacious Organize and Ease to Clean the Surface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this one since my 10 years old side by side one water pipe apart (no cold water and ice anymore).College students live in the house so I chose this 29.8 cuft door in door style. We are happy with it. There no finger print but still can see smudge.
That is ok! It easy to clean with damper soft cloth or damper paper towel with caution(no scratches 3 months so far). I work at a restaurant I hate to clean the stainless surface even with eco-shine the surface still won't look new. Thanks LG made a easy cleaning surface.We all need getting used to use the way to open the 4 doors.The upper left door is too heavy to open with right hand fingers(this door has ice box and a folding bar(the center door mullion). We need getting used to use left hand fingers but left hand people will happy with this door. We all need to getting used to use the water dispenser frequently spread out of cups and tray won't hold the water very well. It is busy to clean the un-expect water at tray and lower left door handle even front surface and near by floor . I think need redesign the dispenser level and drip tray for mug user. The level should covered by soft material(I have scratches on the chrome surface). IF LG improve these I will give it 5 stars!

Great Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this LG Four Door fridge as replacement for our old fridge & as a part of the kitchen suite. We were pleasantly surprised by all the features it has & mainly its tons of storage capacity.
The four door makes it very convenient to keep food. The LED lights are very bright and good to retrieve stuff in the night without switching on the kitchen lights. The Black Steel surface looks very clean and very nice. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

Best refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we were looking for new appliances I immediately fell in love with the color (black stainless steel) and knew I wanted a french door refrigerator. I had seen the regular french door ones at a store but had not seen this model in person, however I saw it online and loved the look of it. You often worry if you will like a product, especially one that you are spending a lot of money on, sight unseen, but I fell in love with it as soon as it was installed. Not only is it beautiful, there is so much space and the freezer is AMAZING! I hate clutter and the drawers in the freezer help with organization. If there is anything to complain about it would be that the water dispenser area could be a bit taller to fit our Tervis Tumbler glasses, but that is so minor compared to all of the other great features. How I lived without this fridge for so long is beyond me.

Love this referigerator

You cannot open the vegetable bin on the right side with just the right door open - you have to open both doors or the drawer hits the left door. A design flaw. The selection of ice, water, and ice chips is sequential: you cannot just push your selection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love everything about this unit!!! There is only one thing I would change and that would be the size of ice maker. That is minor, this is great. Food is chilled at safe temp without freezing all the drawers and the pull-out in freezer can't say enough about this fridge, I love it!!!

WOW..Sad to say it's been a good run, but its over

It's been a very happy 3 years with this unit, but it died 3 days ago (stopped cooling completely) and LG has not been able to get technician to repair it. They keep telling us we are scheduled, but each day we get bumped off to the next day.
Very SAD...

Very Disappointed

I purchased this refrigerator: LG LPXS30866D 30 cu. ft. Door-in-Door® Refrigerator. It is under warranty and quit working and now I'm being told they can not find a technician to come fix it
