Great for smash burgers

We made smash burgers with this ... they were so so good. And the price was so well worth it.
Assembly did take a while, but I kind of expected it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The griddle works well but could use a little more heat, was difficult to season because it would not burn off the oil. It cooks well. The side folding tables are nice but don't lock in very well, too tight and won't sit flush. The metal seems a little thin for the framework. Overall, it works well and for the discounted price I paid, it was well worth it.

I bought this for my Husband (Christmas) it went together very easy!! One side gets stuck, but we'll deal with that. The only thing I wish is, that it had more fire power it takes a while to get hot because the flame does not get high and we have it turned up all the way. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Don’t use adjustment screws. That will lower the griddle to the flame. Otherwise it doesn’t heat up enough to sear or season.
