Enjoyed learning to smoke on the 16" Bullet Smoker

I have used it twice since I got it. The first time was salmon and a week later I did a beef brisket. The salmon takes less heat and time, while the brisket takes more heat and longer time. More experience will help me get it right. Both turned out fine. The char-broil is just the right size for the two of us and cleaning it afterwards was not that big a chore.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great smoker

I bought this last year and made smoked chicken wings.It held temperature through whole cook, the water pan keeps food moist. Am going to try whole chicken and ribs this year.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The Bullet compactness

The 16 inch Bullet Smoker works very good for limited area and one or two people. I prefer to use it over larger smokers. I think this is the best buy I have made in a long time

I've used this smoker twice now. It was easy to put together. I have never used a smoker before so I don't have anything to compare this product to, but I am pretty happy with it. There are some drawbacks to it. I found myself having to lift off the top portion (with my meats and the water pan, it is heavy) each time I wanted to add more charcoal or wood chips. They give you the side access door, but it is really hard to add anything in it as the water pan is right there and there just isn't a lot of room. Time will tell if the material it is made out of holds up, but it seems pretty sturdy after two uses. I bought a cover for mine to protect from the elements. I have the 16" version and it easily fit two whole chickens this past weekend. For the price, I think it is a good deal and am satisfied.

Incomplete Build

I received this as a gift. My first smoker. When I was on the last step of assembly, putting the top grill in place, I noticed there were only two welded tabs to hold the grill up. These appear to be spot welded in place. They only attached two tabs. I cant even use this new smoker because of poor quality/manufacturing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
